What Happens After You Purchase
Your assessment does not begin until we have spoken and your organization's data has been collected. Here is exactly what to expect after checkout:
Step 1 — Discovery Call Scheduling Within 24 hours of purchase you will receive a link to schedule your Discovery Call. This call is typically 60 minutes and is where we establish scope, confirm your organization's structure, and align on the goals of the assessment.
Step 2 — Pre-Assessment Documents Following your Discovery Call, you will receive a set of documents to complete before assessment work begins. These include:
Organizational structure and reporting overview
Role inventory and responsibility documentation
Workload and capacity inputs by department
Leadership priorities and areas of concern
Any existing data, metrics, or reporting you currently use
The quality of your assessment is directly tied to the completeness of these documents. You will receive clear instructions for each one.
Step 3 — Assessment Work Begins Once your pre-assessment documents are received and reviewed, active assessment work begins. Timelines vary by organization size but are confirmed during your Discovery Call.
Step 4 — Findings Delivery Your completed assessment, 90-day action plan, and all deliverables are presented in a dedicated leadership session scheduled at the conclusion of the assessment.

Pricing
$4,500 for organizations up to 50 employees $4,500 + $100 per employee above 50 for larger organizations
A 100-person organization pays $9,500. A 200-person organization pays $19,500. No hidden fees. No surprises.
You will be asked to confirm your organization's employee count during the Discovery Call. If your count falls above 50, your additional total will be calculated and invoiced.

Accuracy of Information The quality and accuracy of assessment findings are dependent on the completeness and accuracy of information provided during the discovery and pre-assessment process. Incomplete or inaccurate submissions may affect the depth and precision of findings.
Confidentiality All information shared during the assessment process is treated as strictly confidential. Assessment findings, reports, and deliverables are prepared exclusively for the purchasing organization and are not shared with any third party without explicit written consent.

Timeline Disclaimer Estimated timelines are provided as a guide only. Actual timelines depend on the responsiveness and completeness of pre-assessment document submission. Delays in document delivery will extend the assessment timeline accordingly.
Employee Count Pricing is based on the employee count confirmed at checkout. If your organization's headcount changes materially between purchase and assessment delivery, Chiclana & Co LLC reserves the right to adjust the final fee accordingly. Any adjustment will be communicated and confirmed before additional charges are applied.
